Eggs: 1dozen large
Jalapeno peppers: 2 to 4 table spoon, pickled, sliced and minced
Mayonnaise: 6 tbs
Salt: 1/8 teaspoon
Mustard: 1 tablespoon
Cumin; ½ teaspoon
Fresh chopped Cilantro: garnish

Preparation:

Boil the eggs (hard cooked) and peel it off. Cut the eggs into halves and lengthwise. Remove the yolks and put it in a bowl. Mash the yolks and put mayonnaise in it. Add mustard, cumin, pepper and salt into the bowl and mix it well. When all the ingredients are mixed thoroughly in the bowl, put the mixture on the egg halves with the help of spoon or pipe. Garnish it with fresh chopped Cilantro. Once the process of putting the egg yolk mixture on the eggs halves is done, cover it and put it in a refrigerator to refrigerate. Keep it for 1hour or when it is ready to serve.
