INGREDIENTS:
1 egg
2 tsp/10 ml light mayonnaise
¼ tsp Dijon Sauce
1 English muffin Half
1 thin slice of warm ham
Few drops of lemon juice
Few grains of salt
To cook egg in microwave
The egg can be cooked keeping in egg cooker or microwave-safe bowl or mug. Break the egg in the egg cooker. With the help of fork pierce white and yolk t bottom of cooker several times. Piercing averts the chances of exploding during cooking. On the base of the cooker place a lid lining up notches. Twist to make it completely secure.
If you want soft cooked egg, microwave on high (100%) for 35 seconds. If the egg is still undercooked turn egg over and microwave for 10 seconds. if you want hard cooked egg microwave on high(100%) for 45 seconds.
Preparing Hollandaise Sauce
Mix light mayonnaise with few drops of lemon juice and Dijon sauce. Put quick Hollandaise sauce over cooked eggs and let it stand for 10 to 20 seconds. Remove egg onto toasted English muffin half topped with thin slice of warm ham.
