Accurate cooking temperature is maintained with the Control Master® heat control function. The heavy cast aluminum construction of the machine heats evenly and resists warping. It also features deluxe nonstick finish, inside and out, for easy cleaning. The cooker is completely immersible with the heat control removed. It also includes tempered glass cover and basket.
