Ingredients:
Maple flavored extract: ½ teaspoon
Confectioner’s sugar: ¼ cup
Granulated sugar: 3/4 Cup
Cream of tartar: 1/4 teaspoon
Egg whites: 4
Preparation:
Preheat the oven to 300 degree F. place the cookie sheets with parchment paper inside the oven. Take a large glass and put eggs and tarter cream. Beat the mixture. While the mixture is beaten put confectioner’s sugar and white sugar, 1 teaspoon at a time and continue to whip. Then put maple extract to it. Now the mixture is ready, put this meringue on the prepared cookie sheets in 1-inch circles. Put it inside the oven and set the temperature at 250 degrees F and bake until the cookies are dry.
