This is a hen-shaped appliance that boils or poaches eggs to order. The poaching tray holds 4 eggs and the cooking rack holds 7 eggs. The tray, rack and Henrietta rest on a power base with 1 of 3 water levels for soft, medium or hard boiled eggs. The machine also has a piercing pin that prevents shells from cracking. It is dishwasher safe and has removable parts. All the plastic parts except the power base can be put into a dishwasher.
