One of the most delicious recipes possible with your egg cooker is the Indian egg curry recipe. For this you need

Ingredients:

Egg Curry
Hard boiled eggs: 4
Onion: 1
Flakes of garlic: 3-4
Ginger piece: ½ inch
Tomato (pureed): ½
Chopped coriander leaves: 2 tablespoon
Green chilies: 1-2
Red chili powder to taste
Salt to taste
Turmeric powder: ¾th tsp
¾ teaspoon grounded spices
½ tsp coriander powder
Vegetable oil or ghee; 2-3 table spoon
Green peas: 1 cup or 250 Gms paneer

Preparation

If you are using paneer cut it into cubes and fry till golden brown and keep it aside. Peel the eggs and keep it aside. Take garlic, green chilies, onion and ginger and make it into a fine paste. Place a wok on fire. Heat oil in it and put the paste and fry till golden brown. Add turmeric, chili powder, coriander powder and salt to it. Let it cook for 2 minutes and add tomato puree. Cook the ingredients till it starts leaving oil. Add a cup of water and let it cook. Cook till all the water dries out.

Now add the paneer cubes or green peas and boiled eggs. Add 1 cup of water and cook at low heat. Keep it for 10 minutes, bring to boil. Put grounded spices and coriander leaves. Remove from the flame. Serve hot with rice or bread.
